General Laborer
Sapphire Construction is looking for a motivated General Laborer to join our team! If you have at least 1 year of construction experience and are eager to learn more about dirt work, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for learning the trade. Basic math skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Strong interest in dirt work and excavation
- Basic math skills

Skilled Laborer
We are currently hiring an experienced Skilled Laborer to take on more advanced tasks in our projects. This role requires proficiency in grade shooting, pipe fitting, and operating compaction equipment. Previous experience with heavy equipment is a must. If you have a solid background in construction and are looking to apply your skills in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Requirements:
- Experience in grade shooting and pipe fitting
- Proficiency in using compaction equipment
- Equipment operation experience necessary
